Inspire your children to raise money; it is a great way to teach them enterprise, endeavour and compassion.  Here is a are some fundraising ideas Broomwood Hall School children have done:

  • Class 8E raised over £300 as part of their maths project by creating, branding, pricing and selling homemade drinks such as a virgin mojito during the school cake sale. 

  • Many of the children bake and sell cakes on the common, while others take advantage of their street party to sell drinks and home made goodies

  • Two siblings raised over £300 by making and selling lavender bags from old school uniform and £200 was raised by raffling a vast Easter egg

  • Many children sell homemade Christmas cards

  • Others sell their toys at jumble sales

  • Two siblings made and sold Christmas present tags

The Parents Association of Broomwood Hall and Northcote Lodge tirelessly fundraise for St George's, without their support we would be unable to keep the school running. Please do help them with their fundraising. All proceeds are divided between St George's and their chosen charity of the year. Events they host include:

Our annual fundraiser, Carols by Candlelight was held on 4th December.  It was a night or celebration with performances from the school choirs, Opera Holland Park, Michael Whitehall, and Oboe trio, tumpting from Tom Kearny and a an update on St Georges from Georgiana Colquhoun who recently visited adn is a Trustee.  Our thanks to Sara West and her team for organising the night and once again making it a seamless ecent. The Luss fair is being held this weekend at Luss, near Loch Lomond, the organisers are raising funds for St George's.  Find out more below.
